Shutting the world out when you’re angry or stressed is perfectly natural behavior, but it won’t help your cause. When you’re stressed, it’s important to look to your friends. They can be a great sounding board. It helps to talk, and hearing their opinions may also give you a perspective that you didn’t know was there.
